TRAVELLING TO SINGAPORE
Travel Guidelines
All travellers are welcome to Singapore regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. Travellers from eligible countries/regions will also be able to use the automated lanes during arrival for immigration clearance at our checkpoints under the Automated Clearance Initiative.
From 13 February 2023, all travellers can enter Singapore with no entry approvals, pre-departure tests, on-arrival tests, quarantine, and COVID-19 travel insurance required.

Your Pre-Departure Checklist
3 days before arrival (including the day itself): Submit SG Arrival Card and e-health declaration via the official and free e-service on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.

REGISTRATION QUERIES
Is SCA2025 a ticketed event?
Yes, SCA2025 is a ticketed event.
- 11-13 March – Plenary and Breakouts – Open to Delegates with Standard Passes Only
- 10/13 Mar Workshop/ Tutorials – Open to Delegates who have added the Workshop/ Tutorial Passes Only
- 11-13 Mar – Exhibition Hall – Open to all Delegates including those with Exhibition Pass Only (Except Delegates who have purchased the Workshop / Tutorial Pass Only)
I did not receive my confirmation email with the QR code. How do I check if I have been registered?
- Please check your spam mail folder to see if you received any emails from secretariat@sc-asia.org.
- Do note that if you have indicated the same email address for multiple delegates, only 1 confirmation email will be sent to the first delegate. However please be assured, we have a record of your registration and you can give your name to the registration staff who will be able to assist you to print your name badge.
- Alternatively, contact the secretariat.
I did not manage to register by 7 March. Can I still walk in on the event day?
- Yes we will be accepting credit card payment (via Stripe) for onsite registrations for SCA2025.
- Please approach our registration helpdesk at Melati Ballroom Foyer, Level 4.
What time do I need to turn up for registration?
- Registration at the Melati Ballroom Foyer, Level 4 is open from 08:00am – 06:00pm daily (10-13 March).
- Do come early for morning tea and coffee.
Is there a dress code?
- The dresscode is Business Formal (No Tie).
